The start of 2026 has already been a busy and exciting period for the Academy Racing Team. Even before the team had returned to Canberra, work was already underway across all sub-systems as members progressed into the design phase for 2026. This month we completed the following work on the car: The rear roll bar has been welded and fitted onto the main chassis. The nose-cone has been carbon moulded from a polyester mould and is in the process of being fitted onto the chassis. Electronics have been revamped and are undergoing major building and fitting. The motor compartment is being fitted on the car along with the battery. In the near future, we hope to: Have a fully built and running EV with all the safety mod
