STEERING LEAD - LACHLAN BRUNI

Hello my name is Lachy, this year I am the steering lead. I am 19 years old from Melbourne, I am studying Mechanical Engineering and serve in the Australian Regular Army.

I'm looking forward to analysing and solving some of the challenges that arose in the steering space from last year and learning more about design and manufacturing.

SUSPENSION LEAD - MITCH GAMMIE

My name is Mitchell Gammie and I am currently in my second year studying a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering. Growing up in Adelaide I inherited a strong passion for motorsports from my dad, following Formula 1 and Supercars with a keen interest.

Joining the team last year I was involved in a number of tasks within both Structures and Dynamics and developed a greater understanding of the design and manufacturing processes that go into building a FSAE car.

This year I will be taking on the role as Suspension Lead, responsible for all of the linkages between the chassis and the outboards and optimising the handling characteristics of the car. My key goals for this year include adjusting the ride characteristics to incorporate the team's new aerodynamic package and creating simpler and more precise set up adjustments to be able to respond to driver feedback.
