August 2022 Update - SP22

This month we completed the following work on the car:

• The rear roll bar has been welded and fitted onto the main chassis.

• The nose-cone has been carbon moulded from a polyester mould and is in the process of being fitted onto the chassis.

• Electronics have been revamped and are undergoing major building and fitting.

• The motor compartment is being fitted on the car along with the battery.

In the near future, we hope to:

• Have a fully built and running EV with all the safety modules and compartments fitted.

• The car will have four running wheels and will undergo a vast amount of testing and tuning in order to bring it to an optimal performance in time for the FSAE competitions.
